Hello, My name Is Garrett Aamodt. I am a Ventura county photographer with a long lasting passion for photography. I love to shot anything and everything but define my self through portraits, weddings, macro and anything outdoors. Photography for my is an outlet for the crazyness in my life. I am able to focus on the project at hand and that is much needed when raising two children, one 3 whose name is Hope and a 7 month old named Eli. My wife is a hairdresser and a great one at that, also making a perfect pair for my wedding business. I have recently started venmturing in to fine art photography blending my love of nature and the constant improvement in technology I am creating large format panoramas and using that as my canvas to begin from. Since I am from a coastal area of coarse I love the beach and most of my inspiration comes from the same place. There is just something about the power and tranquility of the water and the natural colors that form on the rocks that draw me in. Plus the endless reflections in the wet sand make it perfect for me.
